Had the chance to visit Montana for a food tasting recently. We were welcome by the friendly host and got to try some of their best popular dishes in their menu.

Located at level2 of POMO, Montana Brew Bar is an urban chic coffee brew bar offering variety of burgers, waffles, sandwiches, and pastries. They also serve artisan coffee and tea at affordable rates. :D

The waffle was so crispy outside, super soft inside. Icecream was also on point!

Featuring their top few savoury waffles. spot the bugogi waffles :3

*THE ULTIMATE* Truffle Jalapeno Mac & Cheese Waffles (S$12.50); served with chilli sauce.

Crispy waffle with Mac & Cheese stuffed literally inside the waffle.

Really unique i must say!

Feedback: i think it would go well with a cheese dip instead!

We also got to try the Assam Crab Waffle inspired by Chef’s hometown food of Kedah Laksa.

Super delicous! Loved the taste and the crab chunks spreading on top of the waffle.

Overall,

it was abit overpowering cause we tried so many dishes at once.

But each dish is unique in its own way....very flavourful

Would definitely recommend this to everyone. (especially their waffles and coffee!)
